Tasmanian 45 Veteran Women’s: Day 4 – Victoria defeated Tasmania 7-0.
In an evening encounter which included a stoppage early in the game due to a power failure, Victoria played very well to score six goals in the first half.

Tasmania's final pool game resulted in a 1-1 draw with Western Australia, and second spot overall.

The Tasmanian 35 Veteran Women's Team is making a strong run into the finals of the National Veteran Women's Championships being played in Darwin.

The 2006 Veteran Women's National Championships are underway in Darwin, with Tasmania being represented by two teams - one in the Over 35 Division and one in the Over 45 Division.

The following players will head to Darwin next week to represent Tasmania at the National Women’s Veterans Championships. The tournament is being conducted from 21 – 29 July, with competition played across five age groups ranging from Over 35 to Over 55.
