Julie was a respected member of Hockey Tasmania, Tribunal member and former State and Australian representative.  Julie played club hockey in southern Tasmania for University, Graduates, then North West Hobart Graduates and more recently was President of the University Women’s Hockey Club and managed the University women’s A grade team.  Julie was selected in the Australian team in 1974-75 following which Julie mentored many of the Tasmania’s finest young players.  Condolences to Julie’s husband Larry and children David and Katharine (immediate past President of University Women’s Hockey Club)
