An opportunity exists to work in sport development in a national sporting environment with Hockey Australia. This role is located at Hockey Australia’s head office in St Kilda Road Melbourne.

Reporting to the Game Development Manager, your role will be to:
*Assist with the development and administration of Hockey’s grass roots program, Hook into Hockey.
*Provide administrative and operational support to the Hockey Ed program. (National Coaching & Officiating Accreditation Schemes)
*Assist the Game Development department with officiating appointments for the AHL, national championships and other tournaments held in Australia
*Assist in the production and distribution of Game Development resources *(Hook in2 Hockey, coaching and officiating materials, rule books, membership packages), including content development where applicable
*Assist the Game Development department in conducting seminars, clinics and presentations
*Assist Events Coordinator in the running of tournaments and events
*Support the Game Development department in the preparation of agendas, distribution of meeting papers, creation of PowerPoint’s etc;

It is desirable that you will have core skills in the areas of sport development, coaching and sport promotion.
